December 21st, 2012 is the end of the world.

Do you ever hear about
disaster? In bahasa, it calls Kiamat. It means the world will be end after
having some catastrophe and nobody will be safe from that. The earth is too
old, some people says that the earth will be crash in 2012, exactly on Desember
21st, 2012. But until now, we are still alive and nothing happen to the earth.
The Maya’s
civilization—Mexican people who lives until the present-day. They live on
Chiapas, Tobasco and the Yucatan Peninsula[1].
They have their own calendar, there are Long Count Calendar and Short Cound
Calendar. The calendar will finish at December 21st, therefore they say on that
day the world will be over. People.howtostuffworks.com has written an article that their Long Count calendar, which we'll learn about in more detail later, expires in 2012, leading some to beliece that it coincides with an apocalyptic event.
In 2009, Maya’s people
declares that their calendar will finish on December 21st, 2012. This rumor
starts overspread about a years ago from declaration of Maya’s people and
growth to whole world. It has written on many media, from newspaper, television
and internet. Step by step every people in the world realizes that the world will be the end soon. Even, some people prepare many things to face this possibility. For example, dailymail.uk wrote an article 'More than 300,000 people a month visit the movement's website, survicalblog.com, which catalog how people are preparing for the worst'. From that article, we can find that people feel scary to face the end of the world, especially ruin of the world.
Little by little, disasater becomes hot news on many place. This 'hot news' is used by Sony Picture Entertaiment to make a new film, the main idea from the rumor about global disasater and the end calendar of Maya's people.[2] The film tells everybody how the world being ruin by many catastrophe, the title is 2012. The 2012 plays almost whole of country, this film persuades people in the world to believes that 2012 is the end of the world and people believe it! Automatically, they decide to speed up all of their plan from 2012 to 2011.
After reading and listening all of rumor, is it true? Should us believe Maya's people prediction about ending of the world? Some people who not believe never prepare anything to face the disasater. An article from activispost.com said there are seven reason people refuse to prepare for disaster, 'Planning for a disaster will be a jinx and if I do it, it will happen', in another meaning, when we trust the disaster will come today, it will happen. So, never thinking about it, kick it out from our head.
This is not the first time. People try to persuade society to believe that the world will be the end soon. There are many prediction about disaster and all of the prediction is failed! For example, first on 1806, some people try to declare about returning of Jesus Christ and appearance an egg who written name of Jesus Christ. In the end, the fad writer has been arrested after writing on that egg. Second, on 2006, according to Ronald Weinland, minister from God's Church, a disasater is not too far. He wrote a book, '2008: God's Final Witness', represent that a thousand people will be die in the end of 2006, while at autumn 2008, United State of America has not been a superpower country.[3]
Some organisation in United State of America has investigated about phenomenon in 2012, there is no disasater. NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) find a new thing, 'NASA predicts total blackout on 23-25 Dec 2012 during alignment of Universe. US scientists predict Universe chase, total blackout of planet for 3 days from Dec 23, 2012.' It is not the end of the world, it is an alignment of the Universe, where the Sun and the earth will align for the first time.[4]
But, what happened on that day? The wather very hot, no one time being dark. A cloud still fly on the sku and an award-winning astrobiologist who has been a science investigator on NASA's Mariner, Voyager and Galileo space missions, Morison, make a statement. THE WORLD WILL NOT END ON DEC, 21.[5]
From this fact, we can learn. Nobody knows about disasater. When, where, how and what will happen, nobody can know. For Christian people, they can read the bible about the end of the world. The bible says, "But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son but the Father only."[6] Not only for Christian people, all of religion in the world say similar thing. Al-quran says, 'The Hour (Last Day) will not be established until (religious) knowledge will be taken away (by the death of religious learned men), earthquakes will be very frequent, time will pass quickly, afflictions will appear, murder will increase and money will overflow among you.'[7]
